If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Color and Appearance

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The original color of the products may differ 2 to 5%.

Out of Stock Products

kaytnajewellery.com is committed to ensuring availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage for ready to ship products, we will inform you within 2 working days of your purchase date and process a refund to your credit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Return Policy

Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery. kaytnajewellery.com will take 2 working days to review your return request. If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. kaytnajewellery.com will reimburse the courier charges, either in your Paytm wallet or kaytnajewellery.com coupon redeemable on your next purchase. After the product is received, kaytnajewellery.com will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

If you have lost the gift voucher after receiving from us and before redeem the same in our showrooms, we are not responsible for the lost vouchers, and the gift voucher amount shall not be refunded to you.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on kaytnajewellery.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to kaytnajewellery.com. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by kaytnajewellery.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. kaytnajewellery.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery orders will be booked only if your pin code is serviceable for CoD by our Courier Partners

Cash on Delivery is not provided on orders above Rs 2500.00

Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the CoD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.

Manual Authorisation

Our payment gateway team will analyze the payment information for each and every order placed by the customer. While checking your order, if they find some incorrect data, they will request documents for verification purposes. Customers from the following countries must provide manual authorization (for even genuine orders) to process the order. The countries are Nigeria, Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, and Malaysia.

You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by kaytnajewellery.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you that you will use the services provided by kaytnajewellery.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site
